Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University. Bill has over twenty eight years of experience with companies in the textile and automotive components industries serving as a tier one and tier two supplier to most of the major auto companies. He has had responsibilities that include new product launch, process design, product costing and cost systems, packaging engineering, implementation of business systems, plant expansions, implementation of lean manufacturing, high performance work teams, and quality systems.

Charles received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Catawba College, his A.A.S. degree in Accounting from Coastal Carolina Community College, his MBA degree from East Tennessee State University and his doctorate in Adult and Community College Education from North Carolina State University. He has published over forty articles, authored and co-authored four textbooks, and has made presentations specializing in strategic planning, goal setting, time management, organizational skills, and project management at state, regional, national, and international conferences and workshops. He currently serves as the Executive Director for the National Robotics Training Center.
Dr. Muse served over 31 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as an infantry, avionics, ground and aviation supply, logistics and Marine Corps Recruiting officer. He held Commands at all ranks and retired at the rank of Colonel. His military decorations include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.
